About Br. Bashir

With over 15 years of dedicated community and volunteer service, Bashir Mahmood brings extensive knowledge and experience to our organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s degree in finance, with over six years of professional experience in these fields.

Bashir is certified in and teaches the Nuraniyah Method and Easy Tajweed. As one of the founding members of TIA, he serves as the Treasurer and currently holds the position of Administrative and Financial Director. Residing in Nashville, TN, with his wife and two children, Bashir’s commitment to teaching Tajweed and the Quran is fueled by his passion for community service and education.
