Roz Shareef

About Sis. Roz

Roz Shareef is originally from Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan, Iraq and currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee. She has previous experience in education, where she was a math and sciences teacher in Kurdistan and currently works as a Parent Outreach Translator at MNPS.

Roz has a strong and long-standing record of community involvement. She has been a dedicated member of the Salahadeen Center of Nashville (SCN) since 1998. She has played a great role in educating the students at Salahadeen Center with experience as a Sunday School teacher and being the principal of their Summer School program. Furthering her dedication to community, she is one of the founding members of TIA and also serves as the Co-Director of Quran Memorization (Hifdh). She has an extensive background in Quranic sciences and is certified in the Nuraniyah Method and Easy Tajweed. Roz also teaches students the Nuraniyah Method and is a mentor to her students within TIA.
