We collect only what we need to teach: the student's name and age, a parent or guardian name where relevant, an email address, a phone number, country, the course and schedule requested, and any notes you choose to share with us through our forms.

- To send lesson reminders, progress reports, and academy updates
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To keep basic records of enrollment as a registered nonprofit
Children's privacy
Many of our students are children. We ask that a parent or guardian submit forms on their behalf and we limit children's information to what teaching requires. Parents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's information at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Details are shared only with the assigned teacher and the coordinators who arrange classes, and with service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with families.
Cookies and analytics
Our website may use basic cookies and aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. These do not identify individual students. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep enrollment records for as long as a student is active with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative purposes. You may request deletion earlier.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from academy emails, by writing to info@iqratn.org.
