Terms of Service
These terms are maintained by Tennessee Iqra' Academy and apply to everyone who uses iqratn.org or enrolls in our classes.
Enrollment
Submitting an enrollment request is a request for a place, not a confirmed booking. A coordinator will confirm the teacher, schedule, and monthly amount with you before classes begin.
Classes and scheduling
- Lessons are held online at the times agreed with your teacher.
- Please give advance notice to reschedule; missed classes without notice may not be made up.
- We may occasionally substitute a qualified teacher when your regular instructor is unavailable.
Fees and payment
Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be updated. The amount confirmed to you in writing at enrollment is the amount that applies. Fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation
You may pause or cancel your enrollment by contacting us before your next billing date. We do not charge cancellation penalties.
Student conduct
We ask students and families to treat teachers with respect, attend punctually, and maintain a suitable learning environment. We may end an enrollment where conduct makes teaching unworkable.
Content and materials
Course materials shared by the academy are for the personal use of enrolled students and may not be redistributed or sold.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith as an educational nonprofit. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, third-party platforms, or events beyond our control.
